Sending a copyright (DMCA) notice

Think something here copies your work without permission? Write to our designated agent and include each of the following, which 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) requires for a valid notice:

  1. a signature, handwritten or electronic, from the rights owner or someone authorised to act for them;
  2. which work you say was copied;
  3. where on cammodelhandbook.com it appears (the page address is ideal);
  4. how we can reach you: postal address, phone and email;
  5. your good-faith statement that the use isn't authorised by you, your agent or the law; and
  6. your statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you have authority to act.
